Known to some as the city of Gaudi or tapas heaven perhaps, but, for me these are just two things that make it my favourite European city. It has so much more for you to discover. I was in Barcelona for 3 very different occasion last year which made me fall in love with Barcelona even more so than I already was. The first trip was with a group of friends for a long weekend, second was a hen do and third was a wedding. As you can imagine, each trip was very different and filled with an array of… View Post

I didn’t believe we had such beautiful lavender fields in England until I saw them with my own eyes. Without a doubt Brunch is one of my favourite mealtimes and it has been growing in popularity for some time now, which is good news for me. One Saturday a group of friends and I decided to visit HotBox in Spitalfields. All I can say is…wow! If you fancy somewhere for brunch where you can enjoy good food, drink and great service, go here. Our waitress was so friendly and welcoming, she also clearly knew her stuff and was very knowledgeable about the food on offer. The menu was so good we all had to choose a main and sides… View Post
